I called Lee this morning about a problem with our door suddenly being not able / very difficult to lock or unlock, this was a big issue for us, particularly my wife who came home yesterday afternoon and took 10 minutes to get in
He explained to me on the phone what might be the problem and that he would be with us between 4 and 5 and sure enough he arrived at 3-50.
He was with us for about 50 minutes during which we found him to be polite, experienced, professional, and willing to share his knowledge and after realigning the door and confirming there was not a problem with our lock barrel, having temporarily substituted ours with one of his, left with the job done.
He continually asked my wife to try the door lock, both inside and out and left only when both my wife and I were happy that the issue had been resolved.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Lee.

Brilliant! Had a quick and effective solution for our broken front door… and more than that, Lee came to us at 10pm after having a terrible day and a broken down vehicle himself to honour his promise to fix our door the same day! Excellent service thank you!
