My journey started when I purchased my first locksmith franchise, my passion then developed into all aspects of the locksmith business, and as a result, I went independent and started my own locksmith business- Lockman247. This is my business, and I take pride in knowing that we offer both commercial and domestic clients the safety and security they desire regarding their lock needs.
I had a background in customer services, where I had the title of manager, this helped develop key skills that I and my colleagues still use today, for example; self-discipline, we will continue to work until we are satisfied with the work executed. This role as customer services manager has a fit hand in hand with my current business, allowing me to be my own manager and continue to manage people to work at the best of their ability at all times, night or day.
One of the biggest benefits of working as a locksmith is interacting with each customer; this is an integral part of the job and is key in building relationships. We will work alongside you to ensure the best service is being undertaken on your property 24/7. Sue has lots of experience working in a call centre environment as she had worked at Epson for many years in the past. She is the administration arm to the business. Her tasks include: Accounts, Bank reconciliation, booking of service jobs and general customer management.

Apprenticeship
Tom finished secondary school and is now currently on an apprenticeship for digital marketing. The company providing the training for Tom is called QA.com and they provide Tom the appropriate training and support to complete the apprenticeship and He’s now doing this apprenticeship at Lockman247 and is working from home doing Digital Marketing for the company. Tom is tasked with: Social media management as well as improving Local and regional SEO rankings.
